\begin{align*}f(x)&=x^3\\g(x)&=x^{-2}\\h(x)&=x^5\end{align*}

The functions f, g, and h are defined above. If a>1, which of the following expressions is NOT equal to a^6 ?

A)

not clear how c works? 1/a^-2 is equal to a^2 I get that, but how do you put in that exponent three? Does come from a) or are you just arbitrarily multiplying that by an exponent of 3. This was not done on any of the other choices and I don’t know how you could invoke the X^3 here. O h wait I see it is an f function so the a^3 works — sorry
